Minister: Russia’s non-resource exports at $152.2 bln in 2019

MOSCOW, Dec 25 (PRIME) -- Russia’s non-resource exports fell short of a $160 billion goal defined by the national project at U.S. $152.2 billion in 2019, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Wednesday at a meeting of the Council on National Projects.

“Non-resource, non-energy exports are expected at $152.2 billion, which is higher than what we had last year, but does not meet the target figure for this year that we’ve set at $160 billion,” he said.

Spending of Russia’s federal budget on national projects were fulfilled by 80% as of December 20, he said.

“For this year, 1 trillion 750 billion rubles were allocated from the federal budget. Fulfillment is as follows: cash execution amounted to 80% as of December 20, it amounted to 1.4 trillion rubles. Is it god or bad? It approximately meets the level of fulfillment of the federal budget, which amounted to 84% as of December 20. We assume that carry-over resources from this year to next regarding national projects will stand at about 130 billion rubles,” he said.
